Download and install Chromium version 45.0.2444.0 - the x32 version.

after the installation clean-up any old FLASH versions using the flash uninstaller
from here:
or here:

install latest flash - all 3 versions:
Windows 7/Vista/XP - ActiveX - Internet Explorer

followed by:
Windows 7/Vista/XP - PPAPI - Opera, Chrome, Chromium

and last:
Windows 7/Vista/XP - NPAPI - Safari and Firefox

but the end result should look like this:

you probably don't need to change anything, since the short 8.3 dos format of the DLL naming, will match probably every version of the dll.
you might want to specify the flash version to help the Chrome logs and debugging be more accurate - it does not really matter.

you can look for the DLL file under the windows\\sy...\\pepf... .dll right click and check the attributes to see the version

finally simple enough type chrome://flash to verify everything works properly, for example:
